To cover all aspects of the model we require a 3 days intervention. However some organizations cannot afford to close office for the 3 days. This can be split into different sessions on different specific days. These dates can be 1 week or 2 weeks apart

Not sure you can do this? I've got a story for you...

I remember when I was facilitating Team Building for one of the huge companies in the country. I began to talk about internal wounds and how they affect us even in adulthood. We then got to the barriers breaking exercise allowing people to talk about their background and challenges.

 There was this gentlemen who happened to be a senior manager. He was disliked by many because of his insensitivity when dealing with others. To everyone's amazement and compassion, he had lost one of his parents brutally during the war. This loss inflicted by soldiers created a wound in him that affected his relationships with those around him.

After this exercise he was everybody's darling.

This is because they now knew where he was coming from and the journey that he had walked. Permanent relationships were created and the team bonded in a tremendous way. When they went back to the office it was a completely different environment. 

"I could never have appreciated my manager the way I do now." One lady told me on the last day of the team Building intervention. 

I looked at her and I said: "You did well by attending the Team building retreat"

About the Facilitator

Meet Ozias the Facilitator

Ozias Mucheriwa is passionate about the development of human capacity and potential.

He is a certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer. He was trained and certified in USA by the world’s renowned Leadership guru, Dr. John Maxwell and became a member of The John Maxwell Team of coaches and speakers

Before founding Motivcenter Lda, Ozias was an executive in the insurance industry having worked in the insurance sector for 16 years.

Ozias has facilitated over 200 Team Building interventions for organizations in the following sectors: Banking, Insurance, Agriculture Construction, NGOs, Colleges and Churches in Mozambique and the SADC region. It is from this wealth of experience that he also imparts those who would want to develop facilitation skills. He also provides training and coaching for Speakers and Sales people.

Ozias studied with UNISA (BCom Risk Management) and also holds an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership from the Zimbabwe Institute of Management.

His approach to Team Building is, "If we take away "I" in Illness and insert "We" then Illness becomes Wellness.

Ozias facilitates in both English and Portuguese.
